We are looking for an organized, full-time listing coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller listings that are on the market, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings and marketing for each home. In addition, you’ll coordinate photography and staging, cleanings and showings for houses and keep track of the activity in the database. Responsibilities: Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process Allow real estate agents to sell more homes by managing listings for sellers, from initial contact to executed purchase agreement Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals • Coordinate photography and staging for each home and manage routes to streamline effectiveness throughout the week Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages is preferred College experience preferred but not required to apply Able to use Excel to display data clearly, as well as use basic computer programs Has real estate license or is willing to pursue one Excellent written and verbal communication skills Compensation: $40,000+
