The Clean Freak Companies, a locally owned and operated service company that has been serving the Grand Strand for over 20 years, is currently accepting applications and resumes to fill the Director of Customer Acquisition and Retention position. The ideal applicant will be responsible for the development and implementation of the company's marketing and advertising programs, which includes working with the company's SEO and social media vendors, developing a scheduled and structured social media marketing campaign, management of the company's social media assets, such as FaceBook and Google My Business pages to engage with customers, generate new leads, and build strong online rankings and reviews. This individual will develop and implement an ongoing email marketing campaign targeting potential customers, former customers and developing a monthly customer newsletter.Additionally, this individual will collect, analyze and present various data measurements on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis that provides the Leadership Team with data points that will be used to evaluate and guide decisions.This individual will have a strong knowledge of Excel, graphic programs such as Adobe, Canva, etc. This individual will also need to be proficient at candid video and photo options for social media and the ability to do basic editing. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills a must.
