Our promises to you:

• No nights! No weekends! Guaranteed pay! $450/week (no absences) to start and the guarantee goes up as your pay rate increases.

• Start at 8AM daily, off 4-5 PM typically. In April we shift to a 7:45-4:30 schedule.

• We will be shifting permanently to a parent and student-friendly 7:45-4:00 schedule this summer.

• $14.00/hour starting rate while cleaning. Perfect attendance gets you to $15.00/hour in 60 days ($475 minimum).

• Paid mileage, holidays, vacation (up to 3.5 weeks) and $10.00/hr travel/prep time.

• MONTHLY MERIT RAISES ($.25/hour). What? Yes, really!

• Everyone gets their birthday off with pay! Yes, everybody!

• Dental and vision paid 75%. Limited medical plan paid 50% .

• Company car usage comes with seniority.
