This is a full time position. Our average employee is making $550-700 per week. Starting pay is $13.25-17.00 per hour including tips, paid travel & mileage reimbursement. Our single cleaning team members start at $14.25 per hour plus tips, paid travel and mileage. We service homes in the Baltimore County, as well as Canton and Fells Point-we do not travel south of the tunnel. Our teams work Monday-Friday, typically 8:00am-4:30pm. No nights or major holidays. Overtime and Saturday hours are available during peak seasons.

No experience? No problem. We have a computer-based learning system as well as hands on job training program with one of our experienced and professional house cleaning trainers.

Responsibilities

At The Cleaning Authority, we offer professional house cleaning services. When you join our team, you’ll be trained on our Detail-Clean Rotation System, which has proven effective in more than 20 million cleans across North America. You will be in different homes every day working with a partner to get all of the work done. Our organization is renowned for providing quality cleanings at affordable prices. Qualifications

Comfortable working as a team and willing to assist other teams when needed.

Be 18 years of age or older

Must have excellent attendance

Must have valid drivers license and vehicle available for work

Be able to pass a background check

Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work!

A willingness to learn. Everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!

Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting.
