Retail Sales Associate (Part-time Temporary) The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks qualified part-time temporary Retail Sales Associate to assist during our upcoming Picasso on Paper exhibition. This opportunity will grant you a front row seat to the hottest ticketed show in town! Responsibilities of this position include delivering outstanding customer service and providing operational duties that drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising, POS functions, and store cleanliness. Weekdays and weekend shifts are available. Shifts are approx. 21 - 28 hours per week. Visitor Services Associate (Part-Time Temporary) The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks qualified part-time temporary Visitor Services Associates to supplement our in-house Box Office operations. Duties include processing ticket orders and museum memberships in person or by phone through a computerized ticketing system. Welcoming customers as they enter the building, helping them navigate to their destination throughout the museum, and overseeing their experience in specific exhibition spaces. Ensuring visitors have an overall great experience at CMA. This is a fast-paced customer service environment. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are required. Computer proficiency and ticket selling experience desired. Work conditions may require standing for long periods of time. Weekdays and weekend shifts are available. Shifts are approx. 21 - 28 hours per week. Gallery Guard (Part-Time) The Cleveland Museum of Art's Protection Services department has part-time opportunities for customer service oriented Gallery Guards. The Gallery Guard provides assistance and simple directions to visitors as well as protecting the Museum's collection, staff and visitors against fire, theft and accidents. A high school diploma and a strong customer service background is required. Weekdays and weekend shifts are available. Shifts are approx. 21 - 28 hours per week.
