Responsibilities: Provide listing presentations for leads Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings and a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Work alongside Buyers' Agents to ensure contracts are negotiated to closing Develop and provide regular reports to clients Respond to all listing leads and potential buyers in a timely fashion in order to build client base • Help buyer and sellers find their dream homes Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License A true professional, who supports the entire team in achieving their goals Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Licensed REALTORs only Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
