    Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and has the ability to quickly connect and build rapport with people. Responsibilities: Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Process calls, texts, and emails to and from existing clients and new lead sources. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to provide the best home buying and selling experience • During your conversations, your goal is to discover the ability and motivation of the lead, show off our solutions to customers, and personalize our service to their needs. • Set up quality appointments and perform quality control throughout the process • Your database is precious. Maintain and follow up with your database of prospects • Become a subject matter expert and learn to navigate our CRM database comfortably • Skillfully maintain relationships that cultivate future business. • Responsible for representing our brand and providing impeccable customer service • You'll be working independently but never alone - your team leader is here to make sure you succeed! • Work on your leadership skills, career growth, development, and progression plans. Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license Excellent interpersonal and communication skills +1 year of real estate sales experience • TEXAS REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • We provide training, coaching, and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals • Hungry, humble, smart and coachable • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Strong phone voice and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone • Strong sense of urgency/time sensitivity and excellent organizational and time management skills • Team oriented, learning-based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed • Proven inside sales experience preferred Compensation: $58,500 at plan earnings
