Job Description
We are looking for a process driven, resourceful, and task oriented Sales Representative to support our growing team for our newly expanded Virtual Sales Department. Our group is a leading company in the financial services industry that strives to protect our clients with the highest quality products in our market.
We are looking for a team player to work with the Virtual Sales departments in making sure all our client’s needs are addressed and that all accounts are correctly and serviced in a timely manner. This is an excellent opportunity to work and grow with a new innovative industry.
What You Will Do:
· Handle incoming and Outgoing calls and process client questions.
· Review/confirm all appointments set with a client.
· Follow up with client accounts when necessary.
· Communicate with leaders regarding client questions or daily functions.
· Input all customer information accurately.
