Currently seeking Sales Agents. Our growing sales force is currently seeking to train and promote qualified candidates directly into leadership roles.

Successful Agents in our organization must have the ability to:

• Train new or transferring reps to understand company standards and procedures.

• Be accountable to meet or exceed sales goals

• Maintain company culture and standards through accountability meetings

• Manage a sales team of 5-7 reps.

Our Sales Agents will need:

• Basic Phone and Computer Skills

• Time Management skills

• Access to a Home-Office / Internet Access
