    The Leasing Manager is responsible for all leasing and marketing operations of their given site(s). The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing lease administration, marketing plans, daily leasing office operations, as well as management of the leasing staff as a whole. - Must be able to work a full shift / required work schedule - Must be available for overtime when necessary - Responsible for in house events as well as outreach marketing coordination - Complete all leasing and marketing reports in a timely manner - Responsible for managing leasing office operations and leasing office staff - Complete special projects as assigned by Property Manager - Ensure compliance with all Policies and Procedures Bachelor's Degree; 2 years of experience in property management or related fields.
