As a Regional Sales Associate for Columbia Safety, you will be responsible for working with assigned Regional Sales Manager(s) to drive new business and grow accounts within the Southeast Region of the United States. Our Associates are highly trained and are vital points of contact for our clientele. This is not a typical sales support role, when you join our team, you receive ongoing and in-depth training in order to be a high-impact resource for our clients. Our employees are Gear Experts and you will skillfully be able to represent the Columbia Safety family of companies to our customers and rapidly acquire a complete understanding of our product lines. This dedication to continued learning contributes to the client experience as well as the company's overall goals and culture. Key Responsibilities The ideal Regional Sales Associate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, willingly take on challenges, and will be expected to: * Manage order entry and fulfillment for customers * Follow up on orders to ensure client satisfaction * Identify and act upon ways to increase revenue within existing customer accounts * Develop relationships within accounts to leverage Account Manager reach within the territory * Research the territory to identify new potential customers for assigned Account Manager(s) * Work in conjunction with the branch team for walk-in and storefront clients Skills Knowledge and Expertise * Quick study * Internet /​ technology savvy * Excellent people skills and phone presence * Strong organizational skills * Exceptionable written and oral communication skills Benefits We are a tight-knit group, and we understand the needs of our teammates.
