    The Colwell Law Group is a fast-paced, rapidly growing law firm with multiple class-A locations in the Albany, Saratoga, and Syracuse, NY areas. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager who will primarily oversee the activities of the non-attorney sales staff known as Client Relations Managers (“CRMs”). The CRMs role is to meet with potential new clients (PNCs) to identify their legal problems and offer solutions including retainer the service of the legal team. What we offer: • An outstanding and top-rated law firmGreat work-life balanceAn open-door approach fostering a collaborative atmosphereA positive, supportive, and goal-driven teamExcellent compensation and benefits Responsibilities: • Responsible for training the Client Relations Managers (ensuring the use of the consultative solutions selling approach) • Ensure quality consultations, follow-ups and transition of the PNC to client experience through the use of QA and feedback • Track CRM goals and objectives; including their proper documentation and completion of tasks in LM • Backup CRM as needed • Review and present quarterly bonus data to upper management • Actively engage in dialogue with management regarding CRM front-line experience, quality, and volume of leads and give • constructive feedback as needed • Effectively motivate the CRM to strive to meet and exceed firm goals Qualifications: • A strong interest and proven track record of utilizing the consultative solutions selling approach • A proactive, can-do attitude with great follow-through and resourcefulness • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the legal team, particularly management • Minimum of two(2)-five(5) years leading a sales team(s) to success • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Experience in Clio, Lawmatics, and knowledge of the legal industry, preferred Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000 + incentives
