This position reports to the CEO of the firm. Responsibilities: • Lead the end-to-end process of conceptualizing, implementing, and tracking the marketing budget to effectively generate client leads and meet organizational objectives. • Manage internet and social media marketing initiatives, including SEO efforts, website vendor relationships, Google AdWords campaigns, and the maintenance of website content. • Manage all advertising, communications, branding, social media, and public relations efforts and activities to ensure a strong and cohesive brand image. • Collaborate with management on a regular basis to expand business development and marketing initiatives that include creating, tracking, and implementing individual marketing plans for each department within the organization. • Perform market research and stay updated on market and business trends related to the legal industry, the practice of family law, the competitive landscape of the greater Albany, Syracuse, and Saratoga NY areas, and the overall experience of individual attorneys. • Identify industry, community, and civic involvement and recognition opportunities for the firm and individual attorneys. • Collaborate with necessary individuals in drafting and submitting award and recognition nominations on behalf of the firm. • Manage outside vendor relationships as necessary for marketing collateral, promotional items, website management, etc. to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials. • Other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications: • A professional, respectful, and approachable demeanor. • A positive and creative mindset coupled with a profound sense of humor. • Excellent diligence and critical thinking skills. • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and creative skills. • Proficient interpersonal abilities, leadership ability, and a coaching and mentoring mindset • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Business Administration • A background in legal marketing or professional services is preferred. • Experience with developing and implementing a multi-channeled marketing approach to achieve organization sales and marketing goals. • Experience with developing an overall marketing budget from concept and analysis to implementation and tracking to achieve organization sales and marketing goals. • Experience in marketing management and leading a marketing management team is preferred. Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000
