The innovation side of the community is one part science and one part creativity. Help us deliver ground breaking solutions to our clients and generate real impact in and out of our community. 

the community is excited to have expanded our intern program to include our innovation division! Our virtual internship will be very applicable to this department and will give talent the opportunity to invent, innovate, and create! We are open to talent coming to Innovation from different angles, design, development, etc. 

One  are looking for someone with a proficiency in creating 3D objects and textures. An artist/modeler that can create in 3D more than a compositor or finisher. Ideally this person has experience with software like Cinema 4D, Rhino, or Blender. They have manipulated 3D in software like Unity 3D or UE. They have experience or openness to play in ARCore, ARKit, Snapchat Lens Studio, and/or FB studio to help build and experiment with AR. We have a Formlabs Form 3 printer and are a Certified Snap Lens Creative partner. So we have a great playground for them to jump into. This person is open to exploring new mediums and willing to jump into a place where innovation is a complement to the everyday mechanics of an ad agency.
