    Duties and responsibilities in this position are:

    Provide administrative support to all TCL Programs (Therapy, BMS, Medication Management) and other TCL departments as assigned.

    Assist in the daily management of clinic appointment scheduling.

    Handle patient payments for deductibles and co-pays.

    Assist patients at the front desk and on the phone.

    Collecting patient information and conducting patient orientation meetings.

    Process medical records.

    Organize lobby during high activity times.

    Interact with families and children to maintain a calm, professional atmosphere.

    Working evening hours and performing closing tasks.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Required results in this position:

    Ensure that all co-pays and deductibles are collected at the time of service.

    Ensure that medical records are processed in a timely fashion.

    Review provider schedules weekly to correct mistakes and schedule more appointments as necessary

    Assist team in meeting new patient goals

    Ensure proper documentation of insurance on all clients to ensure smooth billing processes.

    Required standards while working in this position:

    All phone calls will be answered by the third ring.

    All visitors will be greeted with a smile within 10 seconds of walking in the door.

    Keep a positive and helpful attitude with clients.

    Strong teamwork skills and the ability to solve problems.
