HYBRID POSITIONWORK FROM OUR MAIN LOCATION AND REMOTELYThe Community Lighthouse is seeking mental health counselors that are licensed LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC, LMFT, AMFT or nearing graduation from an accredited Master’s program and eligible to be licensed in the state of New Mexico. Despite your previous experience and background, WE WILL TRAIN YOU in play therapy and Telehealth services! Job Description:
Provide clinical assessment diagnosis and treatment. Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress, document significant interactions, and maintain clinical charts and other reporting data. Work with a diverse client population with a focus on play therapy for children. Additional clients will include couples, adolescents, and adults. The applicant will be expected to do the following:
Average 30 client hours per week after 60-day initial start date
Actively participate in supervision and learning objectives
Attain a 90% on Quarterly QA internal and external audits
Maintain Strict adherence to patient confidentiality policies.
Provide referrals when appropriate for BMS, medical evaluations, and psychological testing.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in human services or related field required
Licensed or eligible to be licensed in the State of New Mexico (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LPCC)
Must be able to pass CYFD background check
