We are currently seeking compassionate individuals with a Bachelor's degree in a human services field and relevant experience working with children and families. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required, and individuals interested in pursuing a long-term career in the Behavioral Health and/or Family Systems fields are encouraged to apply.

    We offer competitive compensation based on education level:

    Bachelor's Degree: $23 - $27 per hour

    Master's Degree: $28 - $32 per hour

    As a Community Support Worker, you will provide Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to qualifying clients in their homes, schools, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:

    Coordinating and facilitating team meetings as needed

    Assessment, support, and intervention in crisis situations

    Providing support and coaching in areas such as socialization skills, developmental issues, and daily living skills

    Engaging individuals in achieving treatment goals

    Completing required documentation

    Attending agency meetings and trainings as required

    Minimum requirements for this position include:

    Minimum of 21 years old

    Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university

    One year of relevant experience working with children and families

    Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings

    Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish

    Reliable transportation

    Ability and willingness to engage in moderate day travel
