    Our team is growing quickly with an abundance of leads and we are excited to be adding a Bilingual Buyer’s Agent. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with leads, guiding them through the entire home buying process Through connecting with leads, ensuring they have resources for financing and pre-qualification, to showing and writing offers, we are looking for agents who truly care about their client’s experience and about making it as seamless and stress-free as possible, in alignment with our team’s core values: Create Wildly Happy Customers, Deliver Outstanding Results, Operate with Transparency, Cultivate Raving Fans.  Responsibilities: Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Prospect daily for new business by working with us to create a business plan workbook, as well as maintain current lead database with consistent and effective outreach. • Be capable of managing 15-20 new leads every month Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car An established track record of successful real estate sales Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000+ Commission Based
