    HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH AS A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM:

    • Sell insurance products to inbound callers (and in some instances make outbound calls) by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and ultimately bind the business.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships, while educating customers regarding coverage and costs so that the customer can select the most appropriate option.
    • Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell and upselling opportunities.
    • Navigate multiple computer systems while seamlessly interacting with the customer.

    Experience Requirements

    • P&C/PERSONAL LINES OR LIFE LICENSE IS REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY REQUIRED. 
    • Education - High School diploma or equivalent experience.
    • Experience in P&C insurance sales is preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience required (including retail, hospitality, and collections experience); Call Center experience is a plus+
    • Direct sales skills, and the aptitude to influence customers and close the sale
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to adapt communication style to each phone call, and explain complex policy and coverage information in understandable terms
    • Strong PC and software skills required

    WORK SCHEDULE

    Our priority is our customers, and we work non-traditional hours to meet those needs.

    • Training is scheduled Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm EST
    • Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-9:30 pm EST

    Supplemental pay types:

    • Bonus pay
    • Commission pay

     

    YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NON-TRADITIONAL HOURS, WHICH WILL INCLUDE EVENINGS AND SATURDAYS.
