A professional in Customer Experience with a profound ability to transform data or project outcomes into compelling Customer Experience narratives apt for executive-level presentations. This role requires the talent to present results in an imaginative storytelling format through PowerPoint presentations, even under tight deadlines and fluctuating conditions.
The role involves devising strategies for customer experience engagement and a working understanding of portfolio/program management solutions. Proficiency in spreadsheets (MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams), and Smartsheet is essential. Familiarity with Apian and SharePoint, including page creation, repository management, and SharePoint list creation, is a plus. Customer Experience Professional Association certification (CXPA) is a plus.
The role encompasses the supervision, execution, or operation of new or existing programs in a corporate setting. The individual should have a continuous improvement mindset, to meet customer needs. Stakeholder relationship management, development, and implementation of change management strategies as needed are also part of the role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively liaise with key stakeholders, including internal senior management. Effective project management skills are highly advantageous. Prior experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading strategic initiatives is necessary. A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy development, program/project management role is required. Bachelor's degree or higher.
