    This is a long-term contract need for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud expert which has worked with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Non-Profit Success Pack and integrations such as Springboard, Conga, and Qualtrics.

    Strong technical expertise and a political advocacy/campaigns background, and the agility to successfully navigate both worlds. Must be able to translate our social mission and legislative goals into a cogent vision and strategy for UMP, be familiar with non-technical end-users, and have experience with end-user training and support.

     Responsibilities:

    This position would be responsible for helping to ensure the Unified Marketing Platform’s strategic vision, functionality, usability, training, and support meet our national and state advocacy needs. They would work with a team of national and state advocacy colleagues, technical architects, project managers, and vendors who support and provide the technology. They would help lobby and negotiate for a platform strategy and prioritization of functionality that allows us to deliver on CSN outcomes and metrics while also meeting enterprise business needs and digital transformation goals. They would serve as a quality assurance analyst for UMP from the CSN perspective, ensuring the highest data quality and hygiene levels, analyzing and interpreting data reports, and more.

    This position would work closely with the state offices to train them in UMP, support them with their strategic campaign planning and reporting, and provide technical support and coaching on the various tools needed as part of our “tier 0” customer service model. They would also help promote UMP's benefits to key stakeholders across the enterprise by helping define and track key performance indicators. They would devise and run testing plans as needed, analyze the data, share information with our national and state advocacy partners, and help create recommendations for best practices around design, functionality, and more. They would display a curiosity and macro understanding of the modern advocacy technology environment and help put together a roadmap that allows client to be innovative, adopt cutting-edge tools and integrations, and achieve best-in-class status for our grassroots program.
