Lead a 4 person team while interfacing with other technical teams supporting O&M support systems:
- Office of Administration (Freedom of Information Act (FOIA))
- Office of Management Services (Management Services Division Information System (MSD))
- Office of Human Resources (Transportation Fellowship Internship and Contractor System (TFICS))
- Office of Infrastructure (National Bridge Inventory (NBI), National Tunnel Inventory, (NTI))
- Office of Information Technology Services (User Profile & Access Control System, (UPACS), FHWA Organization Information System(FOIS))

PROGRAM MANAGER
- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Manager Professional Certified (PMP)
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) preferred
- At least 10 years of project management experience with demonstrated experience in leading large software development project teams through all phases of a project lifecycle to include risk management
- Demonstrated experience applying IT systems security methods and techniques to systems designs
- Demonstrated experience performing cost/benefit and other appropriate analyses using quantitative and qualitative analytical methods
- Demonstrated experience implementing new and emerging IT technologies and applications
- Demonstrated experience working with customers to assess needs and problem resolution
- Demonstrated experience with effective oral communication to individuals and large groups
- At least 10 years specialized, progressive experience in program management for complex IT programs
- Demonstrated experience in solving complex problems
- Demonstrated communication experience to include oral, written, and formal presentation skills.
