Responsible for the development and design of web applications and components. Design, code, test, and implement web sites and applications, for either internal or external uses. Troubleshoot and resolve issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity and system limitations. Responsible for creating and modifying documentation corresponding to websites. May collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, networking) and with external vendors. Maintain and update websites and ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across oroubleshooting new templates, reporting issues, & providing insightful feedback.

• Advising content authors on ideal flow of the content and pages to create a valuable user experience

• Creativity in using existing components to meet business requirements and content authors’ desired user experiences

• Experience with Adobe Analytics; work towards building website analytics reporting that impacts business outcomes

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools

Seeking a strong communicator who can collaborate with non-technical content authors to create and maintain content structure in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

Job duties include:

• Technical authoring (building of pages/components/fragments) in AEM and management of documents in AEM DAM

• Troubleshooting new templates, reporting issues, & providing insightful feedback

• Advising content authors on ideal flow of the content and pages to create a valuable user experience

• Creativity in using existing components to meet business requirements and content authors’ desired user experiences

• Problem solving and basic site troubleshooting within AEM environment

• Experience with Adobe Analytics; work towards building website analytics reporting that impacts business outcomes

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
