  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager who really knows AEM inside and out and is experienced at being a senior project manager for multiple, complex and time sensitive projects. Must be a strong collaborator, and comfortable and adept at managing work for stakeholders with diverse interests.

    The Project Manager is responsible for being the primary point of contact for internal business units, supporting the mission activities, account management to help internal business units, and development of the overall strategy and communications. The Program Manager interacts with Product, Development and Design team members to ensure efficient, quality solutions are implemented to effectively address business requirements. The Resource will identify, coordinate and manage stakeholders and resources for projects, and will set the project expectations. Works collaboratively with the project teams to ensure they deliver solutions that meet client needs and adhere to the overall strategy and styles. This person will interpret the customer business needs and work with the design and technical staff to translate them into application and operational requirements. The Program Manager will be responsible for budgeting, coordination of projects, maintaining customer satisfaction and customer experience, and overall coordination.

    The Project Manager will provide the following:

    · Support the engagement of social mission activities through daily account management programs, including monitoring of performance and execution of day-to-day activities.

    · Ongoing development of the strategy, marketing and communications plans for the program.

    · Coordination with Business Development team on strategic initiatives to drive improved customer experience, e.g., in finding new program partners.

    · Development of promotional marketing campaigns. These campaigns must be designed to drive year-over-year growth in participation in the program and points redemption.

    · Identification, and targeting of, and communication to appropriate audience segments optimal program engagement.

    · Management of media planning and buying (through paid media and in-house marketing channels) for program and promotions.

    · Management of budget allocation for programs and marketing.

    · Identification of opportunities to improve and optimize program.

    · Improvement of customer experience through journey mapping, management of customer service escalations, and integration of user-centric processes and communications.

    This person should be both an accomplished client digital PM, able to handle multiple work streams and multiple projects, and also has demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relations.
