    Our next district manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking. Our ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing a team and in sales. Responsibilities: • Be in charge of operational practices making sure that your district runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates • Ensure that your team delivers value and excellence to the customer • Cultivate and grow a strong, committed team that will maintain meat sales goals • Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition Qualifications: • Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking • Business development and strategy implementation knowledge • Strong leadership and decision-making skills • Ability to sell, manage and drive growth • Excellent customer relationship management skills • This position is commission-based only Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
