    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Core Management Company seeks a Client Services Coordinator to support various general administrative, finance, membership, and client service function for its clients.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING AND REPORTING

    • Provide accounting and clerical support to Accounting Department personnel
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in financial software system as needed; accurate account coding and processing essential.
    • File, document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for financial transactions
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

     

    CLIENT SUPPORT

    • Serve as liaison and communication link with Association members, handling day-to-day membership issues including the management of member information – via phone, email correspondence, online, fax etc.
    • Responsible for integrity of membership database for association clients.
    • Assist in all membership and renewal activities, including new member, renewal, and potential member mailings.
    • Assist in onboarding of new members for clients.
    • Process renewals and new membership applications for association clients.
    • Input in membership database all cash receipts – checks and credit cards.

     

    EVENT SUPPORT      

    • Help with registration set up in database platforms.
    • Assist with preparing event materials, such as name badges, sign-in forms, signage, etc. as needed
    • On-site support as needed such as registration or logistical services.
    • Process event registrations.
    • Submit educational programs for certification credits.

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

     

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Knowledge of accounting software and bookkeeping principles helpful
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook a must
    • Prior Association experience a plus

    • Generally, a standard office environment (currently, part-time remote work schedule is available after training period).
    • Generally, works a standard work week
    • May be required to work some overtime hours periodically.
