Job Description
Take on the challenge of building out Holy Culture’s YouTube presence, attracting, engaging, and retaining audiences using Holy Culture's created content (e.g., from our various shows) and UGC (e.g., supplied content from artists).
Responsibilities
- Content strategy: Developing and implementing a content strategy and calendar.
- Video production: While much of our content comes from our various radio shows, you will begin to collaborate with shows and hosts to ensure content is on-brand and optimized for YouTube.
- Video metadata: Creating video metadata, such as titles, tags, and thumbnails
- Video uploads: Coordinating uploads of new videos with the head of social media.
- Video optimization: Editing and optimizing videos for search and discovery on YouTube.
- Audience analytics: Monitoring audience sentiment and generating analytics reports to evaluate content and adjust video strategy.
- Partnerships: Identifying, negotiating (with input from the leadership team), and managing sponsorships and partnerships for the channel.
- Channel growth: Seeking out and evaluating new partners and tools to help with channel growth and optimization.
