We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist the principal broker and complete administrative tasks. Responsibilities include liaising between the managing broker and clientele, screening messages and notifying the broker of important information, overseeing schedules and travel arrangements, and marketing via social media along with branding/website maintenance. You’ll also be responsible for organizing digital office records and customer data through Follow Up Boss/CRM, ordering office equipment, Event planning/client events/Speaking engagements, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Pay and input invoices on a regular basis for the broker • Implementing filing systems and order office supplies as needed • Take notes and deliver messages from phone calls, emails, memos or reports to the broker • Complete administrative duties, like picking up orders, or other tasks as needed • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements • Event planning for clients/team • Social Media Marketing Qualifications: • Experience in the real estate industry preferred • Accustomed to navigating computer software such as Microsoft Office and MLS • Able to effectively communicate to clients and other team members in a timely manner • High school diploma required • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • A valid Real Estate License is required - or in school completing license with a test date • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • CRM knowledge Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
