Time to join a thriving and growing organization that LOVES to give back to the community and their clients~ MISSING PERSON REPORT: We are searching for a transaction coordinator/Listing Manager to assist our top real estate team. You’ll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. This person will also be in constant communication with the clients and team members acting as high-level concierge to help with the listing process from pre-listing to close. Responsibilities: Aid real estate agents, clientele, and other stakeholders with paperwork and ensure the completion of all escrow documents, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans Supervise all administrative duties for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly Input client information into the client database system, track transaction activities, and submit each necessary document to the office broker for file compliance Schedule moving times and attending all closing-related meetings Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs Qualifications: Background or knowledge of the real estate industry, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages preferred High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience • MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE LICENSE • OUTSIDE THE BOX THINKER AND EXCELLENT AT PROBLEM-SOLVING • Love of serving the team and clients with a "plus one" attitude to make everyone's day better • CARE AND CONCERN for the success of the team and clients • Forward-thinker and constantly loves to learn and improve the customer experience  Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 + Opportunity for Bonus
