Responsibilities: Follow-up with leads to increase sales Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Prospect for new leads to promote new business “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Qualifications: Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills Show good organizational and time management skills A successful and proven sales history is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth • An Ohio real estate license is not required at hiring; however, if you are not licensed upon hiring, you must complete classes in 30 days and be licensed within 90 days • Drive and dedication to be a top producer, closing 3-5 transactions monthly (3 minimum) Compensation: $126,000 per year at plan
