We are actively looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or reception by phone. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist visitors in our office • Answer and direct phone calls effectively • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and filing documents • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space • Manage office supplies and ensure stock levels are adequate • Arrange travel bookings • Uphold a positive and professional image of the firm • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Take responsibility for keeping the office presentable and welcoming • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: • Must be fluent in Spanish as it is essential for this role, no exceptions will be made without fluency • Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or customer service roles over the phone • Background in hospitality or sales would be advantageous • Strong communication skills needed to make positive first impressions with various individuals • Must be detail-oriented, with knowledge of internet tools, Microsoft Office products, calendars, and video conference software • Competitive nature with a drive to exceed personal and professional goals • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-energy, growing environment • Friendly and patient telephone etiquette is a must • Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing office tasks, and handling mail.
