    Job Description

    We are seeking an Account Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our internal team and customers by assisting various levels of project management and account services. This is a remote position and you do not need to be able to drive into the office. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work closely with our Account Managers or Supervisors and supporting them with project management related tasks from project intake, revisions, and quality
    • Sitting on client calls and recording project notes related to design, print, and digital projects
    • Work with our project management system (Asana) to mange project status, timelines, proofing, revisions, and support the team on meeting deadlines and moving projects along
    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
    • Understand and provide information about the products and services
    • Developing and managing marketing strategy and content calendars
    • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
    • Document and update customer records based on interactions
    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in customer service, admin assistant, executive assistant
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Project Management skills, including timeline development, waterfall, or angular management skills
    • This is a remote position, reliable internet and phone communication is a must for our working hours PST time
    • Bi-lingual a plus!
    • Healthcare experience a plus!
