    The position involves: Listening to phone calls made by our agents and scoring them using our proprietary scorecard system.

    • A 90-day evaluation will be conducted. After an additional 90 days, responsibilities will include coaching with a pay increase.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 1-year experience working as QA Agent for calls in BPO Industry
    • Dedicated workspace at home and equipment with the following specifications:
      • USB-Type headset and functional webcam

      • Windows 10 Home or Pro Activated PC

      • PC Processor: Intel i5 / i7 (2.0GHz & up) or AMD Ryzen 5 / Ryzen 7 (2.0GHz & up)

      • PC Memory: 8GB & up Hard Drive: 500GB & up

      • Hard Wire/Ethernet Connection (Wireless internet connection is prohibited)

      • Screen: Laptop - 15.6'' & up / Dektop - 20'' & up (The use of two screen is recommended but not required)

      • Minimum Internet speed required: 15 Mbps upload/15 Mbps download (If internet speed is more than 15mbps - DL and UP speed must be at least symmetrical)

    • Willing to work in EST/American Timezone
    • Fluency in the English language
    • Must be residing outside the US

    GOOD TO HAVE:

    • Previous work with US consumers as a QA Agent, especially in the financial or credit related industries.
    • Work from home experience
    • Bilingual skills (Spanish & English)
