JOB SUMMARY

This full-time position is responsible for overseeing assimilation and team development of the music team, including volunteers and paid musicians, across all campuses. The position will also oversee scheduling at all campuses with primary focus at the Chesterfield campus.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this position is to work across campuses overseeing assimilation and team development.

Music Team Duties: At all campuses

• Assimilate volunteers onto music team including first contact, audition and serve profile.

• Work with other campuses to ensure consistent delivery of volunteer development of music team including equipping and empowering volunteers.

• Coordinate and deliver team building activities to connect and celebrate volunteers.

• Provide volunteer care and discipleship alongside campus team for all music team volunteers.

• Work with campus teams to ensure all music team volunteers stay current in Core Experiences.

Scheduling Duties

• Primary Scheduler for music team for Chesterfield campus weekend services.
• Work with campus teams to assist in scheduling as needed.
• Schedule for special events as needed, including funerals.

Administrative Duties

• Manage Planning Center Online to update current volunteers information to reflect current team
• Assist in managing weekend information in planning center online
• Manage Groups in Rock to keep information in database current
• Manage Connections in Rock as the assimilation tool
• Manage communication, scheduling, and invoicing with contract musicians across all campuses
