Real Estate Recruiter - VP of Talent The Curtis Johnson Team is looking for a talent magnet to help us grow. Some call this a recruiter role - but this is the next level. Do you have experience in the real estate space, and can help introduce realtors to our top-producing real estate team? Not a hard sell - we have been one of the top 50 teams in America, and one of the top 250 nine times - so we have a proven system to back you! This position is for you if you have a background in real estate and love to be around people, talk to people, and have a contagious positive personality. You will play a key role in bringing real estate professionals into our real estate team. As the team recruiter, you will engage with Real Estate professionals, both new and experienced, demonstrating to them how we can help them be more productive and profitable. The position requires a fantastic attitude, exceptional communication skills, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up, and great customer service. Responsibilities: • Introduce Realtors to the most advanced Real Estate team and system in the area • Inbound and outbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm • Contact potential Real Estate Agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team • Explain our value proposition to Agents, showing how we can help them sell more homes and achieve a work-life balance • Schedule and hold potential agent recruitment appointments and maintain recruiting records as needed • Achieve growth and recruiting targets and metrics Qualifications: • Present yourself and our team in a way that exudes class and confidence • Fun environment • Excellent computer skills including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain a pipeline • Engage and contact at least 40 new Agents each day • Real estate experience preferred but not required • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Base salary + bonus to provide $80,000+ income potential. Compensation: $80,000+ potential
