It's time to crush it!  Responsibilities: • Convert calls to appointments where we present our exclusive guarantees to both buyers and sellers. • Convert appointments to listings with our tools to ensure clients the best possible experince. • Ability to connect with others on the phone and in person. • Represent buyers and sellers and act in their best interest. • Negotiate all owners on seller’s behalf, setting time limit for loan approval and closing date. • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers. • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales; present purchase offers to sellers. • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience. • Embrace social media, video is best... we will train you to dominate here. • Work with and collaborate with some of the best minds in real estate Qualifications: • A valid Arizona Real Estate License is necessary (but we also have a real estate school we can refer you to). • Previous sales experience is a plus.  • Love talking to people. • Fun and motivated attitude • Prospective agents must be at least 18 years of age. • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively. • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity. • Desire to WIN.  • Motivated to serve your clients at the highest level • Coachable and ready to learn Compensation: $100,000 - $252,000 yearly Commission and Revenue Share Income
