We’re looking for Showing Agents to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. Goals: Create / Convert / Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, Average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: Show homes to prospective home buyer clients Coordinate with clients, listing agents and/or home sellers to schedule showings Close buyer clients to written offers to purchase Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes Answer all questions clients may have regarding potential homes and the local area Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Driven to succeed Independent and self-motivated Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $20,000 - $40,000 Commission Based
