    Security Officers Armed and unarmed positions available Full-Time and Part-Time All shifts and weekend availability are needed $200 New Hire Bonus Wage between $12.00-$15.00 per hour Work at various sites throughout Flint/Genesee County Must provide a current CPL for Armed position Police, Military and First Responder experience preferred but not required Now offering DailyPay service. Benefits Offered: • 401(k) • Paid Vacation • Consistent Work Schedules • Company Provided Training Responsibilities: • Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry • Unlock buildings/doors after checking identification and compliance with policies • Observe activity and traffic in the assigned area to enforce rules/regulations; alerts visitors of infractions • Assist any persons in building or on grounds needing directions or information • Prevent losses or damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers • Complete reports by recording observations and information, occurrences and surveillance activities; submit reports to supervisor if required • Respond to alarms and/or dispatched calls • Assist law enforcement officers with crowd control if needed Qualifications: • Previous security experience • Valid CPL (for armed positions) • Flexible availability • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test • Clear driving record Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
