JOB SUMMARY: Line cooks are the rock stars of our operation. Come cook food that matters in an open kitchen.
We are looking for experienced line cooks who knows what it takes to get through the rush, can sling the perfect photo worthy over-easy egg, construct a perfectly layered shawarma pita, and keep a clean work space. These people will work in support of seamless operations and presenting quality food to our guests. We make everything in-house and, as much as possible, utilize local ingredients.
All of our BOH team members work together to complete prep lists, prepare orders, develop recipes, complete daily checklists, and maintain organization and cleanliness. We value people who value themselves and their fellow teammates. The Daily is a morning-oriented business, open from 7am-3pm every day. Early morning and Saturday and Sunday availability is a must.
COMPENSATION: Base pay (base pay is dependent on experience) + gratuity in a pooled house
