  • Responsibilities

    JOB SUMMARY: We're looking for prep cooks who share a passion for food, have a strong work ethic and play well as a team. Prep cooks are responsible for prepping for service, assisting with set up of assigned station, cooking and plating dishes, and closing/cleaning properly. The ideal candidate must be consistent and possess the ability to prioritize and follow direction. Success is based on being a great team player, having strong organizational skills and a passion for creating excellent food.

    REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    Must be 16 years of age or older

    Open and flexible availability, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

    Solid understanding of fundamentals of cooking and knife skills

    Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling best practices

    Constant standing, walking, stopping

    Occasional kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, lifting, climbing ladders, and carrying of up to 50lbs

    COMPENSATION: Base pay (base pay is dependent on experience) + gratuity in a pooled house
