Responsibilities: • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline • Provide world class customer service to buyers • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text • Host open houses • Attend training opportunities regularly • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice. Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Displays a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members • Hard worker who embraces accountability • Willing to obtain a real estate license (we can help you get one!) Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000+ (Commission Only)
