Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills • Possesses a real estate license • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $59,500 at plan earnings
