We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Warehouse Data Entry/Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by performing data entry, answering/making phone calls, sending out email notifications, monitoring and replying to incoming emails, assisting with scheduling, filing paperwork, and other customer service related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience working in a fast-paced, warehouse environment, that is able to multi-task while staying focused and productive. The ideal candidate is customer service oriented, has fine attention to detail, as well as experience using spreadsheet or inventory management software.
Primary Job Description:
· Perform data entry for inventory management of all receiving paperwork via Apple Numbers program on MAC-OS, to include item measurements for purposes of monthly storage calculation
· Send regular email notifications to the appropriate party for items received
· Send damage email notifications, including photos of damage, as needed to the appropriate party; update items as damaged in Inventory System accordingly
· Monitor emails and respond appropriately
· Answer/make telephone calls . Assist with scheduling of deliveries and pickups
· Create pull lists for warehouse pickup and delivery requests and notify order puller ideally 24-48 hours in advance
· Print out designers’ pull lists/delivery tickets at time of email receipt and set aside for order puller
· Process and prepare items that need to be returned
· Regularly update in the Inventory System, items that have left the warehouse, whether delivered, picked up, or returned via freight
· Scan and save all incoming receiving paperwork . Assist warehouse team in investigation of missing items . Assist in taking client requested photos of items received
· Perform filing of processed paperwork
Secondary Job Functions:
· Perform periodic check of items in damage section and contact the appropriate designer/client to determine if need to dispose of, donate, or save
· Perform periodic inventory spot checks
· General warehouse upkeep and cleanliness (i.e. keep work areas clean, organized, and aisles clear; pick up trash on floors/aisles as you encounter it; sweeping) · Other duties as assigned
· Job responsibilities may change periodically based on the needs of the business
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma
Highly proficient in using technology/computers and with typing (experience with MAC-OS a plus)
Experience using spreadsheet or inventory management software (experience with using Apple Numbers program or Microsoft Excel is a plus)
Ability to work with limited supervision
Reliable with good work ethic

Must be able to work in warehouse environment without central AC/heat with variable temperatures, including extreme heat or cold, or very dry or humid conditions
Must be able to work in warehouse environment with common hazards such as forklift/order picker travel and the movement of people and furniture items of all sizes on a frequent-constant basis
Starting Pay: $15-17 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications), paid weekly
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time Opportunities are available
Schedule: Normal business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
