Responsibilities: • Acquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointments • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home's key selling points and asking price • Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller • Follow-up on all leads in a timely manner • Consistently prospect for new customers • Interact with both internal and external clients • Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process Qualifications: • ACTIVE COLORADO REAL ESTATE LICENSE • 3+ years of prior experience in the real estate industry • Ability to use a real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • Shows in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Passionate about selling • Provide outstanding client experiences • Driven loves to learn, and teachable • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills Compensation: $100,000+ in commission potential
