The inside sales agent (ISA) serves as a hybrid of roles: • Must possess exceptional phone skills • Must be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask). • Must be dedicated to systems. • Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis. A great ISA has thick skin - a superb eye for detail - and is passionate to make an impact on the word. Responsibilities: • Making approximately 300 outbound calls per day. • Achieving productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads) and cold calling. • Oversee the systems and protocol for the customer and client experience. • Manage the customer experience through serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers. This involves numerous phone calls, emails, and text messages daily. Qualifications: • NO real estate experience needed • Passionate • Confident on the phone • Patient • Hard-working • Personable • Resilient • Energetic • Flexible • Ambitious • Strong business / sales acumen • Excellent communication skills • Computer and CRM knowledge Compensation: $25,000 + aggressive bonus structure
