Responsibilities: Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Assist your Mentor with showings - scheduling, etc. • Prepare offers for your Mentor, call listing agents, learn the transaction process • Engage your sphere with outbound lead generation • Prospect for Mentor's open houses • Shadow Mentor's appointments • Prepare for listing presentations, buyer presentations, and open houses • Learn side by side with your Mentor to develop successful habits with daily agent activities Qualifications: Show good organizational and time management skills Past sales experience is preferred Tech savvy Self-motivation and drive Great communication and social skills • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized • Energetic personality • Positive • Coachability • Personable • Growth mindset • Willing to work 40+ hours per week to build a sustainable business Compensation: $2,000 monthly + Bonus
