Busy family practice/urgent care looking for experienced CMA or LPN. Full-time flexible hours (approximately 35 hours per week), rotating weekends, and holidays. 75% direct patient care, 25% administrative. Prior supervisory experience required. Responsible, self-motivated, team player. Demonstrates an ability to interact with others in a courteous and professional manner.

Supervision of nursing staff:

Ensure adequate staffing by establishing staff schedules

Train, evaluate, coach, discipline employees

Oversee patient care to ensure quality

Maintain practice compliance with regulatory agencies including OSHA, CLIA and X-ray

Inventory and order clinical supplies and ensure that medical equipment is in good working order

Assist in establishment and enforcement of practice policies

Work collaboratively with Front Desk Supervisor and clinical staff to ensure excellent customer service

Attend management meetings

Assist with special projects as assigned by Nursing Team Lead and or Medical Director

Salary commensurate with experience.
