Responsibilities: Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Great communication and social skills Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Self-motivation and drive Past sales experience is preferred Compensation: $95,000+ at plan commission
