    We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Coordinator for our busy Real Estate Property Management Team in Virginia Beach, VA. Collaborate with the Director of Property Management and Move Out Coordinator. Responsibilities include handling tenant maintenance requests, coordinating with vendors for repairs, and communicating property information with owners and tenants. • Prior experience in household maintenance or property management is essential. • Key attributes sought: professionalism, positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service. • Must be adept at multitasking, detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with AppFolio and Google Suite is a bonus. Full-time, 40-hour per week position with no overtime required. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: • Coordinate communication between tenants/owners, vendors, and agents for scheduled and unscheduled property maintenance tasks. • Ensure vendors complete assigned work by following up with tenants/owners and agents. • Collect estimates and invoices from vendors upon completion of work. • Update and manage our Property Management software (AppFolio). Qualifications: • A Valid Driver's License is necessary for this role in Virginia Beach, VA, US. • While a Real Estate License is not mandatory, candidates must be willing to submit to a credit and criminal background check. Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
