We are seeking a motivated Customer Service oriented Licensed Realtor to assist our growing Real Estate Team in the Hicksville - Jericho, NY area!  You will be the first point of contact for our customers. This is a PAID weekend agent/customer service position on our growing Real Estate team. You must be available to work Saturday and Sunday to fill this position (we may have more hours if needed). Real estate or related experience is required. To qualify, you must hold an active or inactive (but up to date) real estate license and be a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors or be willing to join. If you do not currently hold a real estate license, but otherwise meet our criteria, you should be willing to attend real estate school immediately to obtain your license.   Knowledge of computers and software programs and the ability to learn and use new programs quickly is important.  You must have a pleasant and friendly phone voice and ability to converse well with people as you will be on the phones a major portion of the day. Also you will need excellent writing and grammar skills for this job.   Responsibilities: • Knack for speaking to, Qualifying and setting appointments with inbound callers. • Respond efficiently to customer inquiries. • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies. • Primary duties include returning calls, plus coordination and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle. Qualifications: • Must hold an Active or Inactive (but up to date) real estate license and be a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors or be willing to join.  • If you do not currently hold a real estate license, but otherwise meet our criteria, you should be willing to attend real estate school immediately to obtain your license and join the Board of Realtors. • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00/hr Part time
